Rent Gets Cheaper The Longer You Stay

How you ask? Well, OakLeaf Rentals loves good tenants and belives these students should get something back for looking after their units and not defualting on their lease. We have decided that any tenant extending their initial lease by 12 months will keep the same payment terms as the did in their initial lease. That's a zero percent increase year on year! When rentals increase by 10% annually it's easy to see that it pays to be a good standing tenant.
